The Strategic Policy for Bait Management in Ontario is now on the Environmental Registry for a 120 day public review and comment period. This should make for good discussions. Here is one of the recommendations that is in the Policy. "Anglers would be required to retain the receipt in their possession for two weeks in order to demonstrate that the bait was purchased within the respective BMZ within the previous two weeks.
